Capacity for groups of up to 130 people
Velvet can accommodate groups of various sizes, with a maximum capacity of up to 130 people depending on the event layout. We usually work with groups of between 30 and 40 people, but we can also adapt to smaller or larger groups.
For more private gatherings, we have a private room with a recommended capacity of up to 20 people.

Menus tailored to your group
Every group has its own pace, and the food needs to complement that. We can put together set menus, adapt the à la carte menu or tailor the dining experience to suit the type of celebration.
We can also discuss timings and specific requirements to ensure the experience is comfortable, well-organised and true to the Velvet style: home-style cooking, a great atmosphere and personalised service.

One of the advantages of holding your event at Velvet is the convenience. We are located at Carrer Batista i Roca, 63, in Mataró, with easy parking right outside or just a short walk from the restaurant.
Furthermore, the venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility, featuring a ramp, level spaces and an adapted toilet.
